I. DIAGNOSIS OR REPAIR
Diagnostic and / or repair services of road vehicles
- FLAT RATE
diagnosis of failure and / or repair (up to 30 minutes of work up to 20 km) = 40 EUR - FLAT RATE
dumping and disposal of misfired fuel (up to 60 minutes of operation up to 20 km) = 80 EUR - FLAT RATE
opening of locked vehicle (up to 60 minutes of operation up to 20 km) = classic = 80 EUR - FLAT RATE
opening of locked vehicle (up to 60 minutes of operation up to 20 km) = vehicle with electronic locks = 100 EUR - Up to 30 minutes of running the mechanic on the road = 40 EUR
- Additional kilometer price = 1 EUR
- Calculation of mileage for fault elimination services on the road is calculated for arrival on the intervention and return from the intervention, as the starting point is the location of the base station from which the vehicle has started and which is reported and approved by Auto Bossi d.o.o.
- Should the service fail, without the fault of the importer, Auto Bossi d.o.o. it recognizes the total cost of mileage at the cost of an additional kilometer (no compensation for the Paid). Auto Bossi d.o.o. will also recognize all actual costs incurred for the use of roads, bridges, tunnels and ferries.
- In-vehicle parts are charged to the service user (party).
- For services 2, 3 and 4 (incorrect fuel and locked vehicle) the party is required to sign a risk acceptance statement.
II. EXCLUSION AND TRANSPORT
Removal of vehicles from road and vehicle transport
- FLAT RATE
(loading, unloading and transport up to 20 km) = 60 EUR - Additional kilometer price = 1,5 EUR
- Use of crane = 80 EUR
- Towing vehicles from the garage = 80 EUR
- Towing vehicles on the road = 50 EUR
- Severe road vehicle transportation = 25 EUR
- Use of hydraulic systems for vehicles over 3m high = 160 EUR
- Standard loading and unloading of vehicles is included in the lump sum compensation.
- The calculation of vehicle removal and transportation services is based on “full-run”, ie the mileage calculated by the special vehicle for removal and transportation has passed from the point of loading to the point of unloading.

- Removal and transportation of vehicles of more than 2m, longer than 6m or vehicles whose mass of the unladen vehicle from 2001 kg to 2500 kg is increased by 25% and for vehicles whose mass of the unladen vehicle is 2501 kg to 3500 kg by 50%. In the event that the vehicle has a load that significantly increases the vehicle mass, please contact KC and provide a photograph of the cargo and the vehicle for approval.
- For the 2nd, 3rd and 4th service we need to contact us and submit two photographs of vehicles and places of intervention for approval.
- If the trailer service is provided with the basic transport of vehicles (carriage of vehicles), the fee is increased by 50%.
III. VEHICLE SERVICE SERVICES
- Up to 6.0 m in length or 4.0 m in width = 10 EUR/day
- Over 6,0 m in length or 4,0 m in width = 20 EUR/day
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Night-time charges of 22-06 hours, work on Sundays, public holidays or holidays are increased by 30%.
- A waiting period of more than one hour for a party is charged at 20 EUR per hour and is charged by the service user. Party waiting for the announcement and approval of Auto Bossi d.o.o. shall be subject to a standby duty at the point of intervention at the police watch or waiting line for the ferry and the time spent on the ferry.
- Really incurred fees for roads, bridges, tunnels and ferries are charged on arrival and departure.
- Auto Bossi d.o.o. accepts a 15% discount on cash payment.
- VAT is not included in these prices.
